Mission Statement
Monash (Caulfield) Child Care Centre is committed to providing high quality child care to members of this community with a strong focus on building nurturing and supportive partnerships with all its stake holders.
"Families are the most valuable and important element of a child’s life. This is the Centre’s core principle and practices will reflect this through seeking a deeper understanding of home life, providing opportunity for social interaction between families and educators, and supporting and resourcing families to optimise their experience of early education."
"We create programs in collaboration with families that focus on children’s strengths, not deficits, and which build on children’s skills and knowledge to install motivation and engagement in learning. Opportunities are always provided for individual expression."

"Reflective practice is included as a strategy for educators to look back on learning experiences in a way that informs practices, learning in the midst of practice, and/or making informed decisions about what to do, when to do it, and why it should be done."
